Beasts of today won't even scare us in the future

I just finished watching a movie that really scared me when I was a child. No, I will not mention the title of the film because it's a bit embarrassing to actually admit that I even considered it as a horror movie -- let alone be a terrifying one. And what about it? Hmmmm. For me, the fact that I haven't even shed a sweat or had cold feet while watching is an eye-opener.

It made me realize something; a thought that probably most of us know but never actually dwell on. And that's about life being a guru of courage.  As time passes, we deal with different monsters. Some frighten us, I mean a lot, but then after facing them a couple of times, we learn not to be afraid anymore. We get the knack on how to conquer them and then we become masters of those beasts. Then, at later point, when we already excel in defeating them, new monsters come. However, this time, we're equipped with unspoiled powers, making us the better version of ourselves.

The monsters might be stronger than the ones before, but we have to keep in mind that we also gained new aptitude to defeat them.

In the end, the beasts that scares us today won't even matter in the future. There are problems that seems huge as of the moment, howbeit, remember that eventually, we'll be able to conquer them.

Life teaches us to be courageous, and so we become exactly as what are guru tells us to be.
